When a program is queried for further information I'm listing the query date against it's entry. Please don't read anything into short delays in replying. I tend to update the directory in batches, and it may be waiting for me to process. On the other hand, if a program was queried a long time ago and hasn't replied this may indicate general sloppiness, badly configured email, or simply that they aren't interested in revealing details of their program.
