Large, well established and respected, US affiliate network, also often referred to as CJ.COM or just CJ. They pay directly into NZ bank accounts. Pay on 20th of the month for the previous month. There is a minimum payout of US$50.

Australian affiliate scheme. Explained in email that they are not terribly interested in New Zealand affiliates, but they do have some NZ affiliate schemes and a handful of affiliates. Will pay by Paypal (in AU$). Their terms talk about ABNs and Australian withholding tax.

Also known as Incenta Click. US based Affiliate network that will pay by Paypal. Has referral program offering 2% for life.
